A few weeks ago I bought the 28 neutral palette from eBay. This is the same one available from coastal scents, crown brush, Sedonna lace, and other web stores like those. The only differences being, this one ships from china, and was on sale for the bargain price of £5.
Overall I really like this palette, it is a staple piece, and can create a variety of looks from casual daytime looks to more dramatic eyes. I like how the palette has a range of finishes, shimmer and matte and glitter.
I have included a link to the seller I bought mine from as I was happy with the service, and the packaging was secure with all shadows arriving intact.

Copy Cat Style
I first saw the House of Harlow jewellery sported by TiffanyD in one of her videos, and fell in love. One day I happened across a ring in the style of their jewellery on eBay so obviously I had to buy it.
As shown in this post
Well, the reason for this post is after the lovely VIPXO posted one of her eBay designer inspired posts about the HoH style stuff, I got a little carried away. So so bargainous, and great for a statement piece, I stocked up!
I'm not going to rewrite Victoria's post and steal her thunder, so here is a link so you can see for yourself the amazing finds!

Precision application
Last week I got some new brushes. Surprise surprise they are from Sigma.
A couple of weeks ago Sigma released their new collection of 4 precision brushes. These are pretty unique, and were a must purchase for me. The brushes included in the Precision kit are pretty much smaller versions of the Sigmax Kabuki brushes, including the new pointed tip brush.
P80 - Precision Flat
This is a small flat top brush, and is great for buffing concealer into small areas, and providing a flawless finish. This brush is great for cream and liquid product like concealer.
P82 - Precision round
This brush is pretty unique. It is designed to mimic finger tips in makeup application. The shape of this brush makes it ideal for applying products on and around the eyes. Eyeshadow bases and concealer apply well with this brush, and the shape makes it easy to get into tight corners other brushes might miss.
P86 - Precision Tapered
This tapered brush is perfect for getting into tiny detailed areas. This brush works well for concealer under the eye, as well as highlighting. I enjoy using this brush because it is something a little different. I also cant wait to try the F86, the corresponding kabuki brush in the Sigmax collection.
I have loved trying out these brushes and finding different uses for them. I don't however think they are all essentials. Depending on your usage of makeup depends on which brushes you might get. I would recommend all of them, and I do like a variety of brushes in my collection, but notice how many of the uses overlap.
Including shipping to the UK these cost me around £35 which I thought was a good deal. And with no import duty I was pretty pleased.Thank you, Sigma Beauty!
Have you tried these out yet?

This brush is great for contouring. It provides a sharp, defined look whilst still blending the product. Works well with powder and cream products. This brush can be used for larger areas such as contouring the cheek, but also for more detailed work, it is ideal for contouring the nose, or highlighting the cheek and eye areas.

Party Nails
Here are the nails I wore on my night out this weekend. I absolutely love them!
I used ELF Purple Dream, and Mad as a Hatter from OPIs Alice in Wonderland collection for the accent nail and glitter tips. I had so many comments and compliments on my nails. Definitely will be trying something similar again.

Travel Perfume
I recently saw a travel perfume atomiser in Gemma's recent favourites video. I was all set to buy the item from the Travelo website, but decided to quickly check eBay first. Glad I did as I found the product at half the price. I chose the pink one, but there is a colour to suit everyone. Going to stock up on these for Christmas gifts!
It is so simple to fill up:
Just remove the spray cap from the perfume of choice,
Place the bottom of the atomiser over top of the perfume, and pump up and down.
As easy and convenient as that! I'm currently using Vera Wang Princess, and love that I can top it up as I please. My bag is heavy enough without carting around huge bottles of perfume.

Ring ring!
A little obsession of mine lately has been crazy oversized rings. The kind that are impractically heavy, or take up half your hand. I have picked a few up lately and my ring collection if forever growing. I wish I had some way to store them, as I am forever loosing a ring or two.
Here are my most recent:
I am not fussy where I get them from. These are a mixture of matalan, primark, ebay and JWLRY

eBay addict
I am a little obsessed with eBay finds at the minute. I am loving finding cute bags especially, but I could spend hours on there. I have so many items in my watched folder it's hard to know which to buy. I am trying to be a bit selective.
Here is my latest purchase.
This bow satchel bag is another "designer inspired". I absolutely adore it and the service from the seller was great.
To me the bag seems obviously fake, but my mum actually thought it was genuine leather. I absolutely love this bag, it is so practical for my day time junk I haul around with me. I love that I can use the long strap or just the handle for carrying. The bag hangs well either way.
This bag is available in so many colours there must be one to suit you!

Au Naturel
My latest purchase from Superdrug will probably come as no surprise. I love the Sleek palettes and Pout Polish especially. I had to get my hands on this collection!
This is of course the Nude collection, featuring eyeshadow palette, blush and pout polish.
Nude blush in Suede
Pout Polish in Bare Minimum
Eyeshadow palette in Au Naturel
The colours in this palette are staples, and can be used to create a variety of neutral looks. Here are a couple I have created in the past week or so I have been using the palette.I love the smooth feeling finish on the blush,
and the pout polish worn above is gorgeously natural
From smokey eyes, greens to soft natural tones
Sleek seem to be bringing out palettes far quicker than I can keep up with. My local Superdrug seem to gave the same problem, they never have enough stock and this was the last of all three items in the store. It drives me mad when they don't keep the stands looking clean tidy and up to date.
There are a few products I really want to try so I wish the store would get it's act together. The Oh So Special palette looks like it wold be very useful, but I want to see it in person before I order.
What's on your Sleek wish list?

What I wore
Here's how I wore some of the items I purchased this week...
Skirt: H&M
Leggings, Ring, belt: all Primark
Shoes: George @ Asda
Watch: ASOS
Necklace: eBay
Nails: Collection2000 Plum Rose
I normally buy outfits as a whole and vary rarely mix and match. My wardrobe is a bundle of things that don't really go, and about as far from a capsule wardrobe as you can get. I'll show you sometime...
But these are just random pieces I picked up, and this is how I've put them together today. I love little bodycon skirts, I shove them with everything. I wanted to wear this top a little tucked in, but I couldn't make it sit right, so this is how it ended up.

This weeks purchases
Nothing too exciting this week but i'll show you anyways.
Skin79 BB cream from eBay
Gym clothes, Primark
Team GB Hoodie, Littlewoods
And from Matalan...
I'm hoping by doing these posts I'll cut down on my spending, trying to save for a new car. But what fun is money when you cant spend it.
What have you bought this week?
